1. Eligibility for Refunds

- Refund policy is acceptable only against damage to the product.
- However, refund can be given under special circumstances (LIVASHWINA UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED will take this decision keeping in mind the interests of the company). Transport and other taxes applicable on that product will be deducted.
- Products must be purchased directly from our official website www.liverwala.in, or through our authorized retailers.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Refund Requests

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

3. Refund Process

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
